I adapted this recipe from one found on Wendyl Nissen’s website www.wendylsgreengoddess.co.nz. It’s cheaper than buying good quality muesli. To make it even cheaper buy the nuts in bulk (Bin Inn, Moore Wilsons) – supermarket nuts are a rip off! This recipe makes enough to fill a 9l container and lasts my partner and I over a fortnight, eating muesli every morning (and sometimes for tea!). Our 2 year old has even started eating it for breakfast 🙂
